SEE Heritage network meeting & 4th International conference on industrial heritage "Rijeka and Shipbuilding Heritage: Yesterday-Today-Tomorrow"


The 8th Meeting of the SEE Heritage Network took part in Rijeka, Croatia, on April 25th 2010. The meeting was organized by the NGO Pro torpedo from Rijeka, in a close cooperation with other Network members.

This was the first meeting of the Network after its formal registration as non-governmental organization under the Law on non-governmental organizations of Montenegro, with the official name "South East European (SEE) Heritage network".

Since the very beginning, the SEE Heritage Network meetings were accompanied by events aiming to point out some important issues or problems regarding the culture heritage. This time, Pro torpedo organized international conference - the 4th International conference on industrial heritage. The Conference took part 2 days before the Network meeting, on April 22th-23th, 2010, in the Rijeka Maritime Museum and was followed by all Network members which participated in the meeting in Rijeka.
