International Cinematographers’ Film Festival “Manaki Brothers” in Bitola

Brothers Milton and Janaki Manaki opened their film studio in Bitola, in 1905, the first studio of this kind on the southern part of the SEE region.

The International Cinematographers' Film Festival "Manaki Brothers" in Bitola presents the most recent works of the film professionals from all over the world to their colleagues, as well as to the film fans, from Macedonia and the Balkan region. The festival was held from 26th September to 3rd October 2009 for the 30th time, and is divided to the official program, documentary program and short film program.

The main guest star of this year festival was Victoria Abril, the Spanish actress.
